What is a self-service studio?

It’s a fully equipped creative space you can book, unlock, and use on your own — no crew required. You bring your ideas, we provide the gear, lights, and space.

What are your opening hours and days?

We are open Monday - Friday , 8am - 6pm

Out of hours are available at a reasonable charge.

What types of content can I create here?

Our setup works for photography, video shoots, podcasts, livestreams, and other creative projects. Whether you’re filming a product demo or having a brand meeting, you’ve got the tools you need.

How do I book the studio?

All bookings are made online through our scheduling system. Simply choose your time slot, a follow up email will be sent,pay, and you’ll receive an access code before your session.

What’s included in my booking?

Your booking includes access to the space, lighting equipment, backdrops, and any included cameras, mics, or tripods listed on our equipment booklet.

There’s a refreshment area with complimentary coffee and water, if you require allergy milks bring them along.

Can I bring my own equipment?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own gear. Just make sure it’s compatible with our setup and doesn’t damage the space.

How do I access the studio?

You’ll get a secure door code via email or text shortly before your booking. Just enter the code to let yourself in — no check-in desk needed.

Is there staff on site?

No — the studio is completely self-service. If you need help, we have a support number and video tutorials for using the equipment.

Can I extend my session if I need more time?

If there’s availability, yes! You can extend your booking by contacting us during your session. This is charged at £50 a hour.

What if I accidentally break something?

Please report any damage right away. Depending on the situation, repair or replacement costs may apply a security deposit of £50 is required with all bookings this is returned upon exit checks allow 2-3 days.

How should I leave the studio when I’m done?

Please leave it as you found it — tidy up, pack away gear, and remove any rubbish. This keeps the space ready for the next creator.
